2006-2007 Cadillac CTS-V (LS2)

For the 2006 model year, Cadillac introduced the LS2 engine as the powerplant of choice for its hugely popular CTS-V.  With a slightly larger displacement, the engine maintained the same power rating as its smaller brother the LS6.  However, the LS2 engine had a much broader power curve adding to the performance of the CTS-V nameplate.

With a slightly larger bore size, the LS2 has even better cylinder head options with much more potential.  From the direct replacement Black Label LS1 245 to the Black Label LS7 265 (Which requires the use of an LS7 intake) the LS2 CTSv has HUGE potential.
